Anees has been instrumental in growing the company from a team of 20 to 200+ at present. He has extensive experience in providing strategic consultation on staffing plans, training and development, budget, and workforce relations development. He coordinates the formulation and execution of HR policies. He bears the responsibility of ensuring effective implementation of the company’s mission and talent strategy as well as legal compliance.

With more than 11 years of experience in the IT Software industry, Ravindra is responsible for driving company’s growth across all major business areas. From being involved in the top-level strategy formulation to management of the day-to-day operations of the organization, Ravindra akes care of the overall health of organization. To name a few, his areas of expertise are strategic planning, product marketing, customer outreach programs and new product development. Ravindra also holds the responsibility for advancing the company’s growth in new territories, build brand value and develop strategies for competitive edge in national and global market.
Ravindra holds an MBA in Information Technology and a B.Tech. degree in Computer Science.

With over 12 years of corporate experience, Ruby leads and manages global projects and ensures that the client business objectives are met. She is a result-oriented, cross-functional decision maker and is highly adept with implementation of innovative and high-impact business plans. She has strong consulting and diverse industry experience encompassing strategic planning, business plan development, project management, financial analysis & forecasting and transaction advisory.
Prior to turning an entrepreneur, Ruby’s past experience includes working with Tata Consultancy Services, Defense Research and Development Organization and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She holds an MBA in Finance and a B.Tech degree in Information Technology from reputed institutions of India.
Tirath Sharma, Executive Director, Technologies
Tirath has over 10 years of corporate experience in leading complex IT projects. He is responsible for the research & development, technology lifecycle management, and technical operations management at the organization. He brings a wealth of expertise in designing and developing large-scale software applications. He supervises the design and delivery of development services and Technology products for the clients. He holds the responsibility for product releases, upgrades, and redesigns. He is actively involved in formulating technology strategies of the company according to the technology trends as well as those of the clients taking the latest technology trends into consideration.
